Then estimate your DSCR by dividing your expected monthly property rent by your expected principal, interest, taxes and association dues, and select the corresponding column. Then select your desired LTV. (For 7/1 ARM pricing, add .20% to the rates below. For 30 Year Fixed pricing, add .55% to the rates below.
